My daughter Maggie is going to a sleepover birthday party for her friend Kaydee Friday. Kaydee loves ponies! So, of course I made a pony card for her big day. I used Horse on the Farm by Stinkin Cute Paper Piecings, Party Hat by Silhouette, and Colorful Birthday Phrases by American Crafts. I popped up the horse on foam squares. Hope she likes her card and I am sure she will love her present!

A Card for a Challenge
My project today is a Halloween card. Halloween is my favorite holiday and Fall is my favorite time of year! I will miss the pool, but I can't wait for the Fall! I am entering it in the SVG Cutting Files Anything with Fall Colors Challenge

A Stair Step Card
I love making cards. This time I tried a stair step card from the Silhouette store. This was alot of fun to make! I used the Christmas tree tag for the tree, just left off the tag layer. I also used the 3-d straight banner.

Another Christmas card!
I love Little Scraps of Heaven Designs! They are just so cute! I used the floppy reindeer for this card. I added glossy accents to the bells and nose. I didn't get the air bubbles out though on the bells. I still love this card! It was so much fun to make.

Hawaiian Upside Down Cake
Last Sunday, my Mum made a very yummy cake. It started off as a pineapple upside down cake, but she got creative. It ended up having pineapple, maraschino cherries, coconut, and mandarin oranges too. It was so good, I was inspired to finally get to work on a recipe scrapbook that I have wanted to do for a while now and just hadn't started. The goal is to get all our family favorites in a special place that the kids will be able to enjoy too. And to help cut down on those, "How did we do that last time?", when we get creative with food. We decided Hawaiian Upside Down Cake was alot easier than Pineapple, Maraschino Cherries, Coconut, and Mandarin Oranges Upside Down Cake, hence the name. I used the Tiki and Hula girl images from the Silhouette store.
